If the shell opening is larger, the window seal for truck shells may not work. You’ll either need to modify the opening or consider a compression boot instead, which is more forgiving in such situations.
- Can I keep my sliding windows and still use a window seal for truck shells?
Unfortunately, no. The slider windows must be removed because the window seal for truck shells requires a clean flange or wall to attach. Sliders block access to this area.
