- Can I keep my sliding windows and still use a topper acordian boot?
Unfortunately, no. The slider windows must be removed because the topper acordian boot requires a clean flange or wall to attach. Sliders block access to this area.
- Is the topper acordian boot reusable if I remove it?
While technically reusable, removal often deforms the material or compromises the embedded clip, so we recommend replacing it if removed.
- How thick is the accordion boot rubber?
The thickness of the rubber it is about 3/32" thick. (2.38mm).
