- Can the rv accordion seal be painted?
We only sell black boots, but EPDM rubber can be painted using an acrylic roof coating rated for EPDM. Avoid latex and petroleum-based paints.
- Does the rv accordion seal require glue to install?
No glue is required. The rv accordion seal has a spring clip embedded in the EPDM rubber that clamps onto a thin flange. You can optionally glue the seam using cyanoacrylate (SuperGlue), but avoid petroleum-based adhesives.
- I have a pickup that I cut out a section between the cab and the bed. Will your product work for the metal below the window, or is that material to thin?
