The recommended minimum radius for corners is 1 inch. Tighter corners may cause the rubber boot gasket for sleeper to bunch or kink.
- Will your product work for metal below the window that is too thin?
Yes, the boot will work. Just ensure there is a flange for the clip to attach.
- Can you make the accordion gasket in different colors?
Sorry the boot only comes in black. We have never tested it, but the rubber is epdm and with the right paint is can be colored. From the research the recommended paint should be an acrylic coating specifically designed for epdm rubber. Usually this is paint for roofing. Latex paint should be avoided.
