- What if the camper shell opening is larger than my truck window?
If the shell opening is larger, the gasket between truck gas and sleepr may not work. You’ll either need to modify the opening or consider a compression boot instead, which is more forgiving in such situations.
- Can I keep my sliding windows and still use a ?
Unfortunately, no. The slider windows must be removed because the gasket between truck gas and sleepr equires a clean flange or wall to attach. Sliders block access to this area.
- Do I need glue to install the accordion boot?
The rubber boot does not require glue for installation. It has a spring clip embedded in the rubber. When the boot is placed over a flange, the clip squeezes the rubber securely.
