Frequently Asked Questions
- Can I keep my sliding windows and still use a camper to cab seal?
Unfortunately, no. The slider windows must be removed because the camper to cab seal requires a clean flange or wall to attach. Sliders block access to this area.
- Is the camper to cab seal reusable if I remove it?
While technically reusable, removal often deforms the material or compromises the embedded clip, so we recommend replacing it if removed.
- Can you make the accordion gasket in different colors?
Sorry the boot only comes in black. We have never tested it, but the rubber is epdm and with the right paint is can be colored. From the research the recommended paint should be an acrylic coating specifically designed for epdm rubber. Usually this is paint for roofing. Latex paint should be avoided.
