- Will the cab to camper boot work with thin metal or wood frames?
Yes, but there must be a flange no thicker than 3/16". For wood or thick materials, add a metal strip (like aluminum flat bar) around the opening for the cab to camper bootto grip.
- How do I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel your order, simply contact Customer Service. Please include the invoice number of the item that you would like to cancel to ensure accuracy. Once the product is shipped there will be a 10% restocking fee.
- I am installing a boot between a truck cab and utility box.The box is about 1/2" thick. Will the boot clips expand over that type of material?
The material will not stretch that far. The maximum size that flange can be is 3/16" to receive the rubber. One solution to consider is to use flat bar and attach that around the opening in the box. One thing you must also remember - both opening need to be the same size and similar in shape.
