- Can I cut the accorian gaskets to fit around a third brake light?
No, cutting is not recommended. Instead, remove the brake light and cover the hole, or change how the boot is mounted if you need to preserve the light.
- Can I keep my sliding windows and still use a ?
Unfortunately, no. The slider windows must be removed because the accorian gaskets equires a clean flange or wall to attach. Sliders block access to this area.
- I am making a walk through conversion on my pickup truck to allow access in the bed. I want to to cut the wall between the cab and bed to make one continuous passenger cabin to the camper shell. I also want something that looks decent, and will last. Will the accordion boot work in this situation?
