- Will the window boots for truck caps work with thin metal or wood frames?
Yes, but there must be a flange no thicker than 3/16". For wood or thick materials, add a metal strip (like aluminum flat bar) around the opening for the window boots for truck caps to grip.
- How do I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel your order, simply contact Customer Service. Please include the invoice number of the item that you would like to cancel to ensure accuracy. Once the product is shipped there will be a 10% restocking fee.
- Can you make the accordion gasket in different colors?
Sorry the boot only comes in black. We have never tested it, but the rubber is epdm and with the right paint is can be colored. From the research the recommended paint should be an acrylic coating specifically designed for epdm rubber. Usually this is paint for roofing. Latex paint should be avoided.
