Yes, but there must be a flange no thicker than 3/16". For wood or thick materials, add a metal strip (like aluminum flat bar) around the opening for the truck topper accordian bootto grip.
- What’s the difference between the flap and bulb compression boot?
The flap version has a straight edge, while the bulb version includes a rounded, softer cushion for enhanced sealing and flexibility.
- Can you make the accordion gasket in different colors?
Sorry the boot only comes in black. We have never tested it, but the rubber is epdm and with the right paint is can be colored. From the research the recommended paint should be an acrylic coating specifically designed for epdm rubber. Usually this is paint for roofing. Latex paint should be avoided.
