If the shell opening is larger, the truck cap window boot may not work. You’ll either need to modify the opening or consider a compression boot instead, which is more forgiving in such situations.
- Can you make the accordion gasket in different colors?
Sorry the boot only comes in black. We have never tested it, but the rubber is epdm and with the right paint is can be colored. From the research the recommended paint should be an acrylic coating specifically designed for epdm rubber. Usually this is paint for roofing. Latex paint should be avoided.
