- Does the camper compression boot require glue to install?
No glue is required. The camper compression boot has a spring clip embedded in the EPDM rubber that clamps onto a thin flange. You can optionally glue the seam using cyanoacrylate (SuperGlue), but avoid petroleum-based adhesives.
- Is the camper compression boot reusable if I remove it?
While technically reusable, removal often deforms the material or compromises the embedded clip, so we recommend replacing it if removed.
