We only sell black boots, but EPDM rubber can be painted using an acrylic roof coating rated for EPDM. Avoid latex and petroleum-based paints.
- Does the boot between truck cab and topper require glue to install?
No glue is required. The boot between truck cab and topper has a spring clip embedded in the EPDM rubber that clamps onto a thin flange. You can optionally glue the seam using cyanoacrylate (SuperGlue), but avoid petroleum-based adhesives.
- Can I custom trim a boot between truck cab and topper to fit my setup?
You can trim the length to fit your application, but altering the shape, corners, or embedded clip area is not recommended.
