- Can the acordion seal be painted?
We only sell black boots, but EPDM rubber can be painted using an acrylic roof coating rated for EPDM. Avoid latex and petroleum-based paints.
- Can I cut the acordion seal to fit around a third brake light?
No, cutting is not recommended. Instead, remove the brake light and cover the hole, or change how the boot is mounted if you need to preserve the light.
- Will the acordion seal work on a walk-through truck conversion?
Yes! This is a perfect use case. The acordion seal allows you to join the truck cab and camper shell or utility box with a weather-sealed, flexible connection.
